The Renault Scenic E-Tech answered all my problems with my previous EVs and has excelled at being a family car. I would place the ride and comfort levels alongside the BMW 5 Series that I used to own. The technology within the car is fantastic, especially the Google operating system. I use Apple CarPlay 95% of the time, and the integration is great, particularly having Waze navigation displayed right on the driver's dash screen. If you choose to use the built-in Google system instead, it plans long trips flawlessly, automatically including available chargers along your route. Comfort levels are amazing. I have a son who is 6 foot and still growing; he can sit comfortably in the front, and if he leaves the front seat in that position, he is just as comfortable sitting directly behind it. The back feels like a lounge. It easily doubles as a mobile office when I need to work between client visits; there is so much space it feels just like a great place to be. The 87 kWh battery is massive. Like all EVs, it will never hit its officially claimed range of 381 miles, but in the summer it comfortably delivers 361 miles and winter 251. That is real-world range, too, not the kind where you set off and the estimate immediately drops by 50 to 60 miles. The lease deal I got in 2025 was unreal. If those same figures return in 2027, I would take another one without a second thought. Renault has made fantastic leaps forward in quality and driving dynamics. My only critique is that I would love to see the dealer network step up to match these advancements.

Lovely smooth car to drive with loads of space inside. The car looks lovely on the outside too. First electric car I have had and very impressed with it it, saves me about £150 a month in running costs.
