Before completing the finance application, please ensure you fully read and understand the points below to ensure this product is right for you.
- The finance product you are applying for is a Personal Contract Hire agreement. This is not a purchase agreement and there is no option to own the vehicle at any point.
- You confirm that you are applying for the agreement solely for yourself, and not on behalf of someone else.
- If you are a joint applicant, you are declaring that you are entitled to disclose information about your joint applicant and that you authorise us to search, link or record information at credit reference agencies about you and anyone else referred to by you.
- Following an accepted order, we will carry out a credit check. In considering your application, we will check your details with credit reference and fraud prevention agencies and they will record our check and provide us with information about you. - If, after acceptance, a new credit proposal is required because your approval has expired, there was an error on your original application, the finance provider asks for it, or you wish to apply for finance with a new provider, another credit search may be made on your behalf.
